We collect personally identifiable information on the Site when you attempt to register as a Site User or otherwise choose to provide personally identifiable information to us. If you choose to use our referral service to tell a friend about our site, we will ask you for your friend’s email address. We will automatically send your friend a one-time email inviting him or her to visit the site. The Company stores this information for the sole purpose of sending this one-time email [and tracking the success of our referral program. Your friend may contact us at info@hungerpass.com to request that we remove this information from our database.
We may also display personal testimonials of satisfied customers on our site in addition to other endorsements. With your consent we may post your testimonial along with your name. If you wish to update or delete your testimonial, you can contact us using the information below.
Users of our Website are required to be at least 18 years old, and any user under 18 is not an authorized user. Additionally, if we learn that a user is under 13 years of age, we will promptly delete any Personal Information we have collected about that user.
USER ACCESS AND CHOICE (OPT-OUT)

If you wish to subscribe to our newsletter(s), we will use your name and email address to send the newsletter to you.
